Seeking financing for investment property

Mid April I purchased 25 condos for cash (in Wisconsin). They average to be around 125K/unit. I'm looking to put a first position lien on these. Is there anyone that does this without a seasoning period based on appraised value. They were purchased for a great price but can appraisal to full value. TIA

If you bought them in April you should be out of the seasoning period. Most lenders only require six months. You should be able to do a cash-out refi based off the newly apprised value.

I have some lenders I use. Can't discuss here due to BP's soliciting rule. Feel free to email me.
