I'm new to Charleston, SC and was wondering if anyone knows if there is a market for renting single family houses? I've noticed many apartment complexes in the greater Charleston area, but I am unsure if renting out a house is popular in this area. I am looking to buy and rent out the house. Thanks

@Michael Limina We actively buy and rent out townhouses/houses in Summerville, SC.
