This book isn't directly related to negotiations, but it is about how to treat others. I have used the information found between its pages on a daily basis. "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

Read everything you can by Grant Cardone for mindset and check out books by Roger Dawson for pure negotiating techniques

Check out "You Can Negotiate Anything" by Herb Cohen. Very readable and entertaining with lots of practical examples.

Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In
