Houston turn key recommendations?

Hello,

any recommendations on Houston turn key companies?

The houses seem to be newer vs Kansas, Indy yes the cash flow is lower with cap rate but I am banking on higher appreciation.

What do you guys think?

Appreciate any referrals.

You can contact Texas Turnkey or Memphis Invest. Both of those operate in the Houston market. From what I know of each, they are both true turnkey (acquisition, rehab, property management).
