You can contact Texas Turnkey or Memphis Invest. Both of those operate in the Houston market. From what I know of each, they are both true turnkey (acquisition, rehab, property management).

It's been a few years since we did this, but we personally staged the house we rehabbed and it sold quickly. In fact, they tried to negotiate the furniture in the house deal! Unfortunately, it was our own personal furniture from our apartment.

I don't necessarily recommend doing what we did, but the point is that it can make a huge difference especially if the one staging understands the basics of interior design.
