Wondering about the Providence market

I am looking to learn more about the providence, RI rental market. The prices are great compares to Mass and the returns seem similar. Looking for potential multi-families in the future. 

Any experience investors, real estate agents, etc that have experience in the providence market.  Would be ope to attend any local groups or event as well.

@Jonathan Z. The Providence market is good, prices are lower than Boston, but so are the rents. There are still a lot of good properties in and around Providence.
