Wholesaling fees-Texas

Hi All,

I know that doing business in Texas can sometimes be a little different than other places, but how does one go about charging a wholesaler's fee without a realtor's license? I just don't want there to be an issue with someone expecting me to have a license because of the fee that may appear to some as a realtor's commission.

Also, does anyone know of any REI groups in the New Braunfels/San Marcos area? I need to get moving in that direction.

Hey @Candy Marshall, you just have to let the seller know you work with other investors and you might not be the one to close on the contract when it's all said and done. You will however, make profit for putting the deal together but the seller don't have to worry about that because it will be taken care off by your "investor partner". I hope this helps.
