I'm sure that his has been asked, but I can't locate the discussion - as you make 20+ offers per week, how do you do it? I'd like to send a concise email to the realtors without filling out the whole offer form. What do you do? I appreciate your advice, Paul

Hi @Paul Gottshall,

I generally recommend to my clients that they do not have me present an offer unless it has the following:

-P&S contract

-POF

-Lead based paint and PCD if required signed by buyer

-Inspection forms if applicable

- Personal Property if there is going to be one

- Well and septic if applicable

- FHA\VA forms if applicable

It just cuts down on issues later. One way you can make it quicker though is to have your P&S ready to go where all you need to do is add the property information and price (Assuming you use the same inspections etc every time

Good Luck!
