Seller not responding
BP,
I submitted an offer on a duplex. The seller wants $65K I offered $50k with $2,900 sellers concession.
I haven't got a response at all and it's been 4 days. Does this mean I offered to low? Or are they weighing the options?

Call the agent and/or seller to find out what's going on. Don't bid against yourself though. Just ask the same questions you asked in your post here. If your original offer was your highest and best, walk away.
