Owner Financing in Tampa Area

Hey, does anyone in Tampa know a group or anyone who provides owner financed homes or listings?

My bank loan doesn't provide much lead way in a tight market like this and all sellers in my price range 80k or less want cash money for their properties. I have found many affordable, livable places to buy to live out, house hack, rent a room but all the sellers wanted cash

Any help would be appreciated
