Is the RE market due for correction, crash or still raging bull ?
Your personal thoughts on market direction ? I various views from people in Oregon and curious of your opinions and WHY?
@Todd Powell if your investments are in corvalis I think you will weather any correction easily as long as you are not over leveraged. Universities tend to stabalize the surrounding markets - at least historically. Not sure what college debt may do to this equation tho.
