I would like to sell my home with Owner Finance option. Should I use LLC to help the buyer establish his/her credit?

You can do it without an LLC, I wouldn't spend money on one just to help the buyer with their credit.
But if buyer need to improve her/his credit... will it still work?
Makes no sense. Not needed for anything Wont improve their credit unless you report to a reporting agency.
