Hi! I am an investor based out of Puerto Rico. I have a bulk of 48 single family homes negotiated for 30 cents on the dollar of broker opinion of value. Anyone working or making investment in PR? I’d love to connect and share ideas.

@Kira Golden I looked into the Puerto Rico market about two years ago and could not find anything interesting.  This however sounds very interesting.  What town are they in?
