 Not a lot of jobs. You should check out Columbus, Ohio area

@Pwin Kumar I live about 20 minutes west of Ravenna and have checked the city out many times for investment properties. It has a large inventory of multi family properties. The city is fairly rural and there’s with no current population growth or perhaps even negative population growth. The housing stock is older and not much new development in the city. It’s possible there might be deals to be had that cash flow, but I wouldn’t count on appreciation.
