All Comps in remodeled condition with the similar sqft and lot size sell for about 100k more than this property. Also any investors interested in a partnership for this specific property? If interested I can tell you more about what I know about the property! I'm new to investing and am looking to start my portfolio with this gem!

Whenever someone asks this question and they are new, the answer is always no. You really think that in LA, where there are thousands of experienced investors, you found a gem on Zillow that no one else has considered? Without seeing any other photos and noticing the bars on the windows and the general upkeep, how do you think you would make a profit on this? A 100k spread between dump price and market price is not a lot at all.
