Hi, this afternoon I was the highest bidder at an auction. Wondering if anyone has advice for next steps prior to the closing in 30 days. Do I need an attorney to represent me at the closing? I will be flipping.
Foreclosure auction (ie. Courthouse/Trustee/Sheriff) OR online auction (ie. Auction.com/Hubzu/Homesearch, etc.)? Big difference. In either case, if this is your first auction, you should retain an experienced RE attorney who is well versed in dealing with foreclosures.
