I've started a property management company and I would like to know how you seek new clients? How do you find property managers in your area?

Put together a professional presentation that demonstrates your value and why investors should use you. Create a referral program that ensures real estate agents are paid when they refer a client to you. Then contact as many brokers as possible and offer to give them a 5-minute pitch and answer any questions they have. Leave them with materials they can pass on to any clients that are interested in your services, along with a referral agreement that the agent can use to ensure they are paid for referring you the business.

You have to differentiate yourself from the competition and you have to be able to explain that to others. I'm actually the most expensive PM in my area, but I'm also the only one that is professional and I can blow the competition out of the water with the number/quality of services provided and my level of experience. I get a ton of business every year from other agents that want to see their clients taken care of.
