This is a random question and I am not sure where to post this but does anyone have experience with renting out a horse and animal barn that sits on a primary residence?

Find local large animal feed stores and post flyers.

You would be renting it to different people to board their horses? Depending on the area you can get $200 - $400 mo for that, depending on who provides food and feeds them. I assume you don't want to start feeding horses... :-) but then you'll have people driving on your property 2-3 times a day. Lots of potential liability for you. There are also deadly diseases that horses can spread to each other. Do you have pasture and turn-outs?

Another possibility is renting it to a business venture that will run a stable operation. But still, lots of strangers coming and going.....
