SA Attorney // Move properties under LLC while it has a mortgage
Hey BP community,
I'm looking for a RE attorney to help me move a couple properties to my LLC, rather than keep it under my own personal name. Is there an attorney that you recommend for this situation?

If your mortgage were 4% interest and the rates went up to 8%, then it may make sense for the bank to call your loan. That would force you to refinance at 8% and the bank would make more money.
When rates are the same, it doesn't make sense for them to call it.
