Looking to buy turnkey rentals or BRRRR in the south Mississippi area. Does anyone have any experience there and if so what is your advice?

Hey Trevor! If you’re looking on the Coast of MS I can help you out with my experience. I’ve done a bunch of BRRRRs, flips etc. 
I would suggest really getting to know the smaller areas inside the market, it can be tricky to navigate.
