Florida is eliminating property taxes.Can we expect blue states to do the same?

I forecast that if Florida drops property taxes that real estate values will skyrocket and dive an exodus from Northeastern states who are getting bent over by recent increases

My guess is that they'll wait a little while to see how it works out in Florida. Florida does tend to be an outlier state in terms of state policy, so it's anybody's guess. It'll depend on the public's opinion of how successful it is (as it always does lol).
