There has been SOO many people here that have helped me in some way. Every positive response or vote, that I have gotten from a post has helped my confidence a least little bit. Continuing to name names, @Will Barnard , just for being Will B! I think that he is an inspiration to most, if not all, rehabbers. Thanks for just doing the podcast and sharing your knowledge and experience w/ all of the BP nation. Thank you for being one of my very first colleagues, and for taking the time to personally answer my questions.

@Wayne Brooks certainly has made my list here. Wayne is the first local connection that I made on BP. Wayne has been kind and patient enough to answer any questions that I have had here, on the phone, and in person. Thank you Wayne. Hopefully we can do lunch next week.

I can't, or won't, mention the thousands of people that I feel that have helped me out here. Every member who has taking the time to do a podcast, share their experience on the forums, and just welcome the newbies. The final shout out will go to @Bill Gulley for being the all knowing finance master, and sharing that w/ everyone here.
There are at least 50 more people on my personal thanks list, but I'll leave some room on this thread for other members to post. Thanks to ALL of the BP nation.
I learned more about subject to's and LTO from Brian Gibbons he clarified a lot and gave me specific topics to research and people to contact. I appreciate you.

I joined BP to help me learn and network the tax lien investors in other states. To that end @Ned Carey has been most helpful in helping me learn more about Baltimore and the auction process out east. I've learned enough to know I don't want dive into that market! You need to have feet on the ground to be successful there.
@Wayne Brooks - Provided extra special help with Florida data when I pursuing a possible tax lien strategy last year
Other Tax lien people who have enriched my knowledge include experienced and novices in tax liens. I've looked up more state lien statutes trying to answer questions for others that I've learned a lot myself. @Jon Holdman is the caretaker of BiggerPockets. His love and care for steering folks into safe information, especially Due on Sale issues, is noble and Jon is the unsung hero as he referees some heated debates on BP. His value is immesurable.

@Joshua D. for creating this medium that has been something that I always wished I had since I started at this in '98. I wouldn't have learned anything from anyone here if you didn't learn from your failures and wanted to share that knowledge with everyone here. Why didn't I find this sooner!? Also thanks for welcoming me into the BP family with open arms.
