Inexpensive Appraisal Needed in Cobb and Gwinnett County, Georgia

I have been told by the trust company that holds my self directed IRA that they require an annual appraisal of my properties' worth. Can be a drive by appraisal or something like that but must be by a 3rd party. Does anyone have names of people who do this? Other ideas on what might meet the criteria? They will not accept the county's annual assessment that also lists what new property taxes I will owe.

@Ann M., welcome to BP. The custodian may accept a desktop appraisal which does not even require a drive by. This is an appraisal using the public records and MLS data. Most licensed appraisers should be able to provide this. In some States the minimum price for an appraisal is set by the State but a desktop appraisal should not be very expensive.
