Hi guys! I’m new to the real estate industry and I’m looking for my first deal in the Midwest, something I can relocate from California and pursue and get a job in the welding industry, and invest on the side.

In the meantime I’ve been saving and acquiring knowledge and I would love to know if there are any local meetups or if anyone would like to connect to just chat about potential options! I’m looking to make some friends!! :) if you are from SoCal or Midwest and just wanna chat hit me up!!!
