My First Flip, Need Veteran Help
My son and I are looking at properties to do a buy, rehab and flip. I am a local realtor and I have lots of contacts with wholesalers for deals. I am not confident enough yet to put in an offer and I would like to ask some questions of a local veteran investor. I have so many questions and have reached out to several 'investors' to see if I can shadow them and even offered to help do some work...to no avail. I have a friend who went thru the process and ended up owing money after the sale, so she is so gun shy, she is no help to me. Looking for recommendations...remember, I'm a rookie.
