How do to attach funding partners as a newbie
Hello, I'm Durrell Dixon, it getting stated in real estates. I'm looking to purchase low-end REOs, owner finance them, and sell the notes on some of them. Right now, I am low on cash and I need to know best way to attacted funding for these deals. I'm not able to qaulify for a conventional or personal loan. I not looking at hard money because the amount that I need is between 8000- 10,000, I have talk to family and friends but they don't have the money. I think the perfect partner is someone with a self-directed IRA or someone who would partner with me on deals. In the second senario, I would like to know if an equity or debt partnership is best.
Thank for you advise and comments it is appreciated

If you're just getting started and your friends and family don't have the money to loan, it's going to be very hard to do.
I don't know how to say this without sounding like a jerk, so know I'm saying this trying to be constructive: If you want to attract investors you'll have to use proper grammar and spelling. Outside investors aren't going to trust your professionalism or that you are meticulous enough to run a project if time isn't even spent to communicate with proper grammar and correct spelling.
