Line of Credit on Multifamily in SC

I own a 16 unit multifamily apartment building free and clear, 100% rented with no repairs required. Please advise any lenders that you are aware of that offer Lines of Credit using apartment buildings as collateral.  I am not interested in a traditional mortgage on this property, just a Line of Credit and appreciate any experiences you may have in this area.
