Does anyone have any recommendations for investor-friendly lenders and title companies in Columbus, Springfield, and Dayton, Ohio? We are buying in cash and looking for to do a delayed-financing to pull some money back out sooner than 6 months.

 I would highly recommend reaching out to @Chris Wharton for any lending in Ohio. He does a lot of my properties here in Columbus, Ohio
