 I live in North Austin Texas and looking for a CPA to help file my taxes with. I have 8 rental properties and a wholesale company and looking for a real estate minded CPA for correct appreciation benefits. The CPA does not have to be local.

I like @Lance Lvovsky suggestion. I am old school but if I was to start over I would definitely look at CPAs in the BP community like Lance @Michael Plaks @Brandon Hall  and others as their answers in the forums are great. It is like an interview. Follow them.
