What is the best expense tracking software for RE investors?

I've looked at Quickbooks and Stessa and wondering if anyone has a favorite expense tracking software.  We have investments and only a few rentals so I need something that is good for all business tracking and the ability to track rentals.

I’ve been using Stessa and really love it. Worth at least trying out to see if it fits your needs. The price is right too!
