@Nancy Davis is that $209K for all 10 houses? Separate deeds or all on one deed? Is there good demand for these little houses? You say currently you have two vacancies out of 10. It 20% vacancy typical?
This seems like a challenge to finance. Do you have a lender who will loan on a property like this? Owner financing?
