Need a contractor/handyman referral in San Antonio for make-readys
The contractor I've been using is extremely slow and even worse, uncommunicative and dishonest to a degree. We have had issues with our last make-ready and it is killing us. Need a good referral please!
Our property managers make-ready quotes have been insanely high. $8k for an 800square foot 2 bedroom apartment in our 4plex. This is common for their quotes. What are your experience with make ready costs? What are you paying on average?
Has anyone had experience with doing nicer remodels for their units? Have you found that you've secured much higher rents for remodeled units versus just maintaining an older original kitchen? Our tenants always leave homes messy and our make-readys are extensive after every move-out.
Also, would like a referral to a great real estate agent that deals in multi-family, and a property manager.
thank you!

@Jake Coyne @Aaron Francl is our mulitfamily guy in San Antonio. He has the name and number for our PM at Sheer Value that does a great job and our contractor Sheryl that does a great job too. She's doing an extensive make ready for me for $3800
