Recommendations for Detroit / Hamtramck Property Managers

I own a combo commercial/residential property in Hamtramck and we're looking at bringing on a property manager. The building is fully leased and the tenants are great, but Hamtramck has a new stipulation requiring a Responsible Party associated with the property to live w/in 50 miles (I'm out of state).

Does anyone have recommendations for PMs in Detroit or Hamtramck specifically?
