WHERE TO ADVERTISE OR POST A RENTAL PROPERTY in LAS VEGAS
Good morning all, hope everyone is having a good day. Can someone please help me on where to place an advertisement/post a rental property? I am in the process of renting my current home, any suggestions on where to place/post rental properties online? I'd appreciate any suggestions, thank you.
Have you tried to put yourself in a potential tenant's shoes? Try googling
"houses for rent in Las Vegas". You'll see a bunch of property portals pop up. That's probably where you should start. Otherwise, I recommend hiring a property manager.

Zillow, Facebook marketplace and rent groups, apartments.com, MLS, redfin, trulia. I have never needed to go much further than the first two. But you also want to be aware of the kind of tenants you are looking for. If you are looking for section 8 (housing vouchers) then you want to post to their site. If it's a room rental, you need to go to hotpads. etc.
