Wow Did I find An Awesome Resource for Syndication Reviews

Wow. If you are interested in investing passively and are on X (formerly twitter). I strongly recommend you follow this person. I have no affiliation with them at all, but found them earlier this week and they do a very thorough review on syndications. Now they are coming at this from a risk perspective, so its not going to be all glowing reviews how awesome someone is. It does not mean its a bad investment in my eyes on every question, but it makes you think and look at the risk profile.

I also recommend doing your own DD and speaking with others, but it never hurts to have multiple opinions from all sides.

Funny thing, I did a case study on that same deal with my investor relations team two weeks ago.  This thread was an interesting read but missed a few very important things.
