Southwest Florida SFH - Great quick fix & flip or long-term buy & hold

Price reduced $20k on this deal, from $230k down to $210k in Lehigh Acres, FL!  This 3/2 was built in 2006, so it'll need a new roof, but otherwise just a quick cosmetic rehab.  At this price it would be a good flip and also a great long-term rental.  DM me with any questions!
