Any new or want to be wholesalers in Kansas City?
I am looking for someone who would meet sellers at houses already under contract to take pictures and set a lockbox at the property. In exchange you will be paid and you can promote the wholesale deal to sell it and make money. If I sell it without your buyer I do not pay a commission.If you bring the buyer we will split the wholesale fee based on what we agree to. I am looking for someone this week in Kansas city. I have a few properties that I need to sell along with getting properties in the future. I will also teach you how to buy your own investment house so that you can build your own wealth.
