Hi All,

I have a 4 unit under contract for $85,000.00 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. It's a 3 family with an additional single family unit on the lot. Cash flow is very strong in a block with well kept multi family homes. (3BR comp across street just sold for $240,000.00) Strategy here is to buy, renovate, rent, refi. I anyone interested in the financing/property package, please let me know. 

I am shopping around for lenders that are below HML rates.
