AWESOME flip in Sacramento! Normally, I would get this under contract myself, and assign it, but the LA told me he doesn't ever take assignments. I'd love to represent someone on this deal! The agent has assured me we can get it under contract at $115,000

ARV: $190,000

Repairs: $18,000

Purchase Price: $115,000

That property is allready pending. If it is a good deal on mls , you have to act fast because everybody in the world can see it. That property probably had many offers.
