Hi, I am going back to Cincinnati, the first week of Jan. Looking to connect with anyone that would have ready listings for sale, wholesalers that can assign purchase agreements, and anyone that has properties to sell or deal with. All types of properties welcome. Commercial, SFR's MFs. etc.. Mostly looking for ForestPark ( or in 45240 zip), & Oakley/HydePark area. Westwood is considered as well.
