Industrial Space in Minneapolis Saint Paul

Hey guys I have a buyer that is looking for an industrial building between 15-25,000 sq/ft in Minneapolis or Saint Paul area. He currently owns two other buildings like this and is looking for a third.

He would prefer it be one story or one story with basement. If it had a second story it would need a working elevator. He also needs plenty of parking.

I figure this is a long shot but it never hurts to ask!
