I need MLS Access in DFW I will pay to use your access
Simple as that. We are running tons of comps a day and our tools are just lacking. If you have MLS access in DFW and are willing to let us sign up under you to be an "assistant" I will pay you for the access. Please contact me. Thank you!

@Manny Fernandez I believe what you are suggesting is against the rules of all MLS sites. However you can find an agent and ask if they have an assistant. If not, you could request to be set up as their assistant and then have access. You won't be able to list on the MLS as that is only allowed to be done by licensed agents and brokers (correct me if I am wrong agents). There are sites that allow you to pull CMAs (Competitive Market Analysis) or comps that will let you see what homes sold for or rented for, DOM (days on market), list price vs sale/rent price, and some other key things. One of these sites is headquartered in Arlington, Propelio. I use this site but it does cost $70/month.
Hope this helps you out.
