Spec Home - Loan for construction costs
Looking to connect with small bank or private lender to fund construction costs of spec homes in New castle county, kent county, and sussex county delaware. Have multiple lots under contract with developer carrying note. I have enough cash and credit to complete 2 homes, but would like to start more at different phases to leverage my material and labor pricing.
What are your total costs to complete one home?
Are all entitlements in place or do you need soft costs as well?
