Employment Type: Part-Time/ Contract

Work Hours & Location: Flexible

Wage: $12/hr

Bonus: Unlimited. Guaranteed $2,000/yr.

As lead support, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of complex but structured tasks that may include:

 Analyzing properties and running comparable market analysis reports

 Updating our property database

 Formulating theories about the market and local real estate dynamics

 Working with GIS professionals, website developers, and coders

 Managing virtual assistants

 Assessing market rents

 Visiting properties to complete walk-thru videos, install or remove lock boxes and signs

 Scouting prospective investment locations and profiling neighborhoods

 Lead generation and prospecting

 Engaging clients and extending customer service

 Fielding incoming calls and monitoring emails

 Monitoring local news

 Creating, managing, and publishing social content and maintaining social accounts

 Building marketing campaigns

 Networking and attending meetings and functions
