I currently use Mint to track my spending and monitor my rental expenses for tax purposes. I've switched to cash-only spending wherever possible, and I am looking for a receipt scanning app that will also track my spending. I hate to switch from Mint since it has a couple of years of data on it, but manually entering all of my receipts is a giant pain. Any suggestions?
Expensify is hands down the best receipt handling application i have ever seen.
I use evernote. It allows me to sort receipts by month and by property if necessary. It still requires a book keeper to manually enter things, but if you are looking for a solution to use on the go, that is cloud based and free, I would explore evernote.
