Self Directed Roth IRA

I am looking to rollover my traditional 401k & Roth 401k into a self directed Roth IRA. I was wondering what the best company to work with as a custodian would be. I also was curious how long the process takes from start to finish. All of my money is currently with T Rowe price and I am looking to make an investment in a property. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Dan DiCairano I too have gone down this rabbit hole. I would recommend checking out @Mat Sorensen's book, The Self-Directed IRA Handbook. I'm currently reading it and it goes into great depth on this topic.
