Tenant’s checking account withdrawal daily max less than rent

This is the second tenant that I have now that has a checking account that only allows for a daily withdrawal max of $1,500/$2,000. This is less than the rent. I’m curious if anyone else has come up with an easier way to collect rent electronically (I am not looking for a PM) versus having them make multiple payments over a few days.

They can set up a direct deposit from their account to yours. They can withdraw part of the month on the 30th, and the remainder on the 1st so their payment is not late. They can pay ahead. They can change banks.

Where there's a will, there's a way, but it's not your job to figure it out. Rent is due on the first and they can figure out how to make that happen.
