No answer on renewal notice

Hi all - first time landlord of two flat. Assumed rental lease to expire 5/31/22. They asked via text several weeks ago to extend to 8/31/22 and I said I would do 7/31/22 to allow for time to renovate and flip before 9/1. They did not reply or set up time to chat so I sent full 12 month renewal lease yesterday to fall in 60 day notice period. Still no answer. If they do not get in touch, do I need to notify of non-renewal?

Any time you request a response, include a deadline and a consequence.

Dear Tenant,

It's time to renew your lease. I'm offering the following options:

1. Renew for 12 months at a rate of $1,500.00 per month.

2. Convert to a month-to-month lease at a rate of $2,000.00 per month.

3. Terminate your lease at the current expiration date of [DATE].

If we do not receive a response from you by [DATE], your lease will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the rate stated above.
