Not getting rent since last 3 months.

I have SFH in Norwalk (Los Angeles County). Did not get rent since last 3 months. Applied for CA Rent Relief program but did not hear anything back. Having hard time to pay mortgage. What are the options I have as a landlord? Current management company is not helping me out at all.

Find an attorney that specializes in evictions. At the same time, start looking for a new Property Manager.
