Going past move out date.

I have a tenant that has a move out date on the 1st. They may require extra days based on the closing of the home they purchased. How much do you charge for extra days?

My lease states anyone remaining after the date of termination is considered  "Holdover Tenant" and rent is charged 4x the normal rent, prorated on a daily basis. Make it expensive or they may stick around.
